Xigox is Parel's leading independent specialist for Apple Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Apple does not build one desktop — it builds 8 separate series, and Computer Casing Repair is a different job on each. Xigox services iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro and the rest of the Apple range. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Computer Casing Repair in Parel. Specific Apple models on our current service list include Mac Mini M2, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and Mac Studio M2 Max. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
The Apple Mac mini is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. For Apple Computer Casing Repair in Parel specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple Computer Casing Repair.
Getting your Apple fixed in Parel is designed to be simple. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Parel address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this issue is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Apple is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
Each repair completed by Xigox in Parel comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Parel, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Parel.
Many Parel customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Your repair doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Parel customers choose Xigox again and again.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority this issue in Parel for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Parel. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Expert repair shouldn't break the bank in Parel. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your Apple, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for the repair in Parel now.
Businesses across Parel trust our issue to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Parel workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Following a professional repair in Parel, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Parel to document the improvement.
Technology keeps your life running — protect it with a dependable Apple Computer Casing Repair team. Xigox looks after customers across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar with transparent billing. Need a quick fix? WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 for priority Apple Computer Casing Repair in Parel.
