Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private
- Microscope and board-level tools

FAQ
FAQs — Custom Gaming PC Computer AMC in Sion
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Most repairs completed within 2-6 hours. Complex issues may take 1-2 days. We provide estimated timelines after diagnostic.
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Sion. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Pratiksha Nagar in Sion are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Sion (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Sion. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Pratiksha Nagar in Sion are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your computer rather than a general helpline. Free pickup also available in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and surrounding areas.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that computer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Custom Gaming PC Computer AMC work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Sion (400022) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the computer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Sion, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and surrounding areas.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Sion, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,605+ reviews.

Custom Gaming PC Repair in Sion — Xigox
If you are looking for Custom Gaming PC repair in Sion that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sion; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Gaming PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
How We Perform Computer AMC
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
The model
About the Custom Gaming PC
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Key features
- Component mix is unique to each build — we identify the exact parts installed before diagnosing or quoting any repair.
- Standard ATX-compatible parts in the vast majority of custom builds, meaning broad replacement-part availability.
- Cooling and case airflow quality varies enormously between builds — this matters more for diagnosing thermal issues than on a pre-built system.
Custom Gaming PC Computer AMC in Sion — Professional, Reliable, and Affordable
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Sion — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements. When it's Custom Gaming PC Computer AMC you need in Sion, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Gaming PC Computer AMC — parts and labour both.
