How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Knowing whether it's the battery or the charger requires proper diagnosis. In Saat Rasta, Xigox performs a free 10-minute triage before any Custom Gaming PC Battery Replacement: a complete charging system check. We won't replace the battery if it's really a port issue.
Navigating traffic in Saat Rasta is stressful. To solve this, Xigox offers a no-hassle doorstep logistics service for this repair.
