10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Charni Road repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Gaming PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chowpatty Seaface, our service coverage extends across Charni Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charni Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Girgaon, Marine Lines, Opera House and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charni Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Gaming PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, our technicians start with component-level diagnosis under a microscope — checking power rails, shorted capacitors, and damaged ICs with a multimeter and thermal camera — before any chip-level soldering work begins, since a wrong first guess on a board-level repair can turn a fixable fault into a dead board.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Charni Road — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements. When it's Custom Gaming PC Computer CPU Upgrade you need in Charni Road, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Gaming PC Computer CPU Upgrade — parts and labour both.
Not sure what's wrong with your Custom? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Longevity matters for this issue. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Custom. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This helps your issue last, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
