Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private

Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Absolutely. Data security is our top priority. Our technicians never access personal files during Custom Gaming PC Liquid Damage Repair. We follow strict protocols to prevent data loss, and we'll always inform you before any procedure that could affect stored data. Your privacy is fully protected. Customers near Sitaladevi Temple Road in Mahim are covered by our free pickup.
Xigox handles Custom Gaming PC Liquid Damage Repair for all major brands in Mahim, including Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Intel and custom-built systems — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Free pickup also available in Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park and surrounding areas.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Mahim. Our technician diagnoses your computer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Free pickup also available in Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park and surrounding areas.
We accept all major payment methods for Custom Gaming PC Liquid Damage Repair in Mahim: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers across Mahim (400016) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Mahim. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,605+ reviews.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,605+ reviews.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Mahim. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Mahim (400016) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your computer rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 400016 postal area in Mahim.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that computer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Custom Gaming PC Liquid Damage Repair work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. We also serve Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the computer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Mahim, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Our service covers the full 400016 postal area in Mahim.

How it's done
How We Perform Liquid Damage Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
2 What This Requires
- Time — liquid damage repairs take longer than most jobs because of the inspect-clean-dry-test cycle, and rushing this step is what causes repeat failures weeks later.
- Realistic expectations set up front: success depends heavily on what the liquid was (water vs. sugary drinks vs. coffee) and how long it sat before being brought in.
3 When You Need This
- Any liquid spill, no matter how small it seemed at the time — residue continues causing corrosion for days or weeks after the spill itself.
- The device won't turn on, or turns on but behaves erratically (random keys, no display, no charging) after a spill.
- A device was dropped in water, rained on, or otherwise got wet and you're unsure how much reached the internals.
The model
About the Custom Gaming PC
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Key features
- Component mix is unique to each build — we identify the exact parts installed before diagnosing or quoting any repair.
- Standard ATX-compatible parts in the vast majority of custom builds, meaning broad replacement-part availability.
- Cooling and case airflow quality varies enormously between builds — this matters more for diagnosing thermal issues than on a pre-built system.
