Who repairs your device
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane West repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Thane West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Custom jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Thane West. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Gaming PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Gaming rig assembly in Thane West require PSU sizing, GPU clearance, and CPU cooler TDP matching — more than fitting parts together. Xigox Thane West provides end-to-end build and setup: PCIe 5.0 NVMe selection, DDR5 XMP/EXPO profile activation, and thermal solution validation — benchmarked and tested before handover. That's the standard Xigox holds for Custom Gaming PC macOS Installation in Thane West — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Custom Gaming PC macOS Installation is complete.
Longevity matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Custom. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This helps your repair last, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
All this repair completed by Xigox in Thane West comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card every single time, so the terms are clear.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Thane West is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Thane West rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
We know your time is valuable in Thane West. Xigox plans this job for maximum convenience. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Thane West address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Thane West residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
High-quality job doesn't have to be expensive in Thane West. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Custom, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for this job in Thane West today.
