Most Sion repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Custom parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

At our bench we handle Computer Not Turning On repair on the Custom Office range; the models are listed below.
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.

Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Sion need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Custom. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Sion come to Xigox specifically for this.
Not everyone in Sion can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Custom hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Sion clients.
Businesses across Sion trust our repair to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Sion workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Is your deadline today? Xigox offers priority this issue in Sion for critical situations. From an exam deadline and your Custom just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Sion. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Not sure what's wrong with your Custom? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Sion will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
