How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
A failing CMOS battery typically shows up as a reset system clock or lost BIOS settings every time your computer is powered off — the replacement is a small coin-cell swap on the motherboard, distinct from the main battery.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Rapid battery drain, charging to only 60–70%, or the Custom dying within an hour — this is a definite signal you need Custom Office PC Computer CMOS Battery Replacement in Talasari. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent replacement cells — not cheap grey-market cells that swell and fail again. Every Custom Office PC Computer CMOS Battery Replacement in Talasari comes with a battery health verification.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Talasari, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Talasari.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Custom. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
