Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Custom Office PC repair in Charni Road that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Custom Office PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chowpatty Seaface, our service coverage extends across Charni Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charni Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Girgaon, Marine Lines, Opera House and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Office PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charni Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Custom Office PC Linux Installation for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: larger PSUs with more failure-prone capacitors, discrete GPU mounting, and tower cooling. Our engineers apply proper desktop diagnostic protocols to identify the exact component at fault — not a full board swap.
There are many repair shops in Charni Road, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Charni Road.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Charni Road customers value most: "Excellent this job, done same day with genuine parts." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Charni Road.

Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
