Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umroli repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Office PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Custom parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Custom Office PC fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Umroli Village Temple, our service coverage extends across Umroli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Station, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Umroli. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A desktop PC or all-in-one that won't boot, runs slowly, or has hardware faults in Umroli needs a technician who understands desktop architecture. Xigox handles Custom Office PC Computer Network Setup for all desktop types: the full range of desktop hardware faults. Doorstep collection available across Umroli.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Umroli, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Umroli.
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Businesses across Umroli trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Umroli workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Umroli residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Umroli trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Umroli is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Custom, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Custom. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Time is money in Umroli. This is why we offer a fast, transparent, doorstep Custom Office PC Computer Network Setup that just works. No waiting in queues — only honest, warranty-backed repairs. Call +91 74997 61196 to arrange same-day Custom Office PC Computer Network Setup.
