Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Custom Office PC repair in Grant Road that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Office PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mani Bhavan (Gandhi Museum), our service coverage extends across Grant Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Grant Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Nana Chowk, Cumballa Hill and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Office PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Grant Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Office PC leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Business desktop computers cannot afford extended downtime. Xigox offers corporate desktop AMC plans for any fleet size in Grant Road: scheduled preventive maintenance, on-site priority response, and detailed asset reports with GST invoicing.
There are many repair shops in Grant Road, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Grant Road.
Many Grant Road customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Custom units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Grant Road. We plan this repair for maximum convenience. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Grant Road home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Traveling across town in Grant Road is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Simply share your Grant Road address, and our technician will pick up the Custom from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Grant Road is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Custom, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Grant Road, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Grant Road.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Grant Road residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
Not sure what's wrong with your Custom? Before you commit to any job, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Grant Road will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Arranging this repair in Grant Road is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Grant Road doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Custom is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
We're a message away in Grant Road. Whether it's an urgent fix or a routine service, Xigox makes Custom Office PC Networking Setup effortless: free pickup, genuine parts, rapid turnaround, and a 90-day warranty. Message +91 74997 61196 today.
