How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A swollen battery on your Custom is a safety hazard, not just a repair issue in Colaba. Xigox handles Custom Computer Battery Replacement safely and completely: removing the original pack without damaging the chassis, installing a BIS-certified replacement, and confirming full charge capacity. Most battery replacements in Colaba take 60–90 minutes.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Custom. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Colaba comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Many Colaba customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description.
