Who repairs your device
Your Custom Workstation is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
A Custom Workstation is a desktop built from individually selected professional-grade components for engineering, creative, or data workloads, rather than a certified pre-built workstation.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Sion are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. That's the standard Xigox holds for Custom Workstation Desktop Computer Upgrade in Sion — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Custom Workstation Desktop Computer Upgrade is complete.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site BGA rework station means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Sion come to Xigox specifically for this.
There are many repair shops in Sion, however, Xigox stands out for the repair. We believe in complete transparency. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Sion.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete issue in Sion? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — this issue is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Custom is delivered back to your Sion address fully tested.
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Sion, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Sion.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Sion rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Many Sion customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Custom units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Sion. We plan the repair for maximum convenience. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Sion home or office, perform the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Custom. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Sion customers choose Xigox again and again.
Countless happy customers across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar confirm our expertise. We're the reliable choice for Custom Workstation Desktop Computer Upgrade in Sion. Every repair comes with a written warranty, genuine parts, and full honesty. Request your quote — WhatsApp us today.
