Who repairs your device
Your Dell Precision 3660 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Many Colaba customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Dell units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Colaba is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Dell, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide rush the repair in Colaba for urgent situations. Whether you have an important client meeting and your Dell just stopped working, our priority service puts your Dell at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Colaba. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.

Step 4 — this issue is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to you with a quality report.
