Who repairs your device
Your Dell Precision 3660 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site micro-soldering lab means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Dadar come to Xigox specifically for this.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Dadar comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Dell. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Is your deadline today? Xigox offers emergency this issue in Dadar for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Dell just crashed, our emergency service moves your Dell to the front of the line, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Dadar. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Traveling across town in Dadar can be a nightmare. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Dell from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Dadar customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Your Dell model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Dell is returned in Dadar, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dadar.
Your repair doesn't end when the Dell is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone.
