Who repairs your device
Your Dell Precision 3660 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kamani repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Precision 3660 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Dell parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Dell Precision 3660 fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Marg, our service coverage extends across Kamani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kamani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vidyavihar East, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Precision 3660 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kamani; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Dell Precision 3660 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check signal strength and connection stability both with the laptop's own card and (where possible) a known-good external adapter, isolating a hardware fault from a router-side or driver-side cause before any part is replaced.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Dell Precision 3660 is Dell's workstation line — ISV-certified (for software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with ECC memory options and professional-grade GPUs, built for engineering, architecture, and data-science workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Office desktops and workstations in Kamani cannot afford extended downtime. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Kamani: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Dell. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
After a successful the repair in Kamani, most customers notice immediate performance improvements: quicker application loading, cooler operating temperatures, restored battery life, or a perfect display — depending on the specific repair. Xigox runs diagnostic tests before and after the repair in Kamani to confirm the improvement.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Kamani residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Businesses across Kamani trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Kamani workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Kamani rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Kamani book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet.
