If you are looking for Dell Laptop repair in Ballard Estate that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Dell bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Dell boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Dell Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Reserve Bank of India, our service coverage extends across Ballard Estate and all surrounding localities. In addition to Ballard Estate, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in CSMT, Masjid Bunder, Fort and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Ballard Estate; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Dell work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Our bench covers 7 distinct Dell series. That matters for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair, because a Alienware and a Inspiron are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Alienware, Inspiron, Latitude and OptiPlex, along with Precision, Vostro and XPS units for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair in Ballard Estate. Specific Dell models on our current service list include Dell Alienware, Dell Inspiron, Dell Latitude and Dell Vostro. If your Dell model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Dell Alienware is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
The Dell Inspiron is Dell's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing, schoolwork, and general productivity at a more accessible price point than the premium XPS line.
The Dell Latitude is Dell's business laptop line — designed for corporate IT fleets, with an emphasis on durability, serviceability, and manageability over the Inspiron's consumer focus. MIL-STD-810G durability testing is common across the range.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
