Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dharavi repair shops handle Dell the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Dell technicians are trained specifically on Dell Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Dell work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Dell Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
How your Dell Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dharavi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Dell work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Dell does not build one laptop — it builds 7 separate series, and Keyboard Not Working repair is a different job on each. Xigox services Alienware, Inspiron, Latitude and OptiPlex and the rest of the Dell range. We regularly take in Alienware, Inspiron, Latitude and OptiPlex, along with Precision, Vostro and XPS units for Keyboard Not Working repair in Dharavi. Specific Dell models on our current service list include Dell Alienware, Dell Inspiron, Dell Latitude and Dell Vostro. If your Dell model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Dell Latitude is Dell's business laptop line — designed for corporate IT fleets, with an emphasis on durability, serviceability, and manageability over the Inspiron's consumer focus. MIL-STD-810G durability testing is common across the range.
The Dell Vostro is Dell's small-business laptop/desktop line — positioned between the consumer Inspiron and the enterprise Latitude/OptiPlex lines, aimed at small businesses that want manageability without full enterprise IT overhead.
The Dell XPS is Dell's premium consumer laptop line — the flagship competing directly with the MacBook Pro, with a machined aluminum chassis, InfinityEdge display, and genuinely premium build quality.
Worth knowing for this repair: Often has soldered RAM on thinner configurations — check the specific model year before assuming an upgrade is possible.
