10 questions answered

Most Antop Hill repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400037 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
