Xigox is Dadar's leading independent specialist for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Epson hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Epson product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400014 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dadar Flower Market, our service coverage extends across Dadar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dadar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dadar East, Matunga, Dadar West and other nearby areas.
How your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dadar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Epson work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
