Who repairs your device
Your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

Most Tardeo repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Parts for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
