How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires different diagnostic skills — diagnosing whether it's a drum, cartridge, or mechanical fault requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are specialists in inkjet and laser technology: inkjet head servicing, laser component overhaul. Most Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Laser Repair jobs are completed same-day.

A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Dadar West trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Dadar West, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dadar West.
Your Epson model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
