Who repairs your device
Your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Laser Repair in Tembhode includes a print quality verification before handover.
Many Tembhode customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Tembhode rely on our issue to maintain productivity. Our corporate solutions include AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your Tembhode office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.

Printer problems are surprisingly common and disruptive. Xigox handles HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother printers: inkjet clogging and print head cleaning, drum unit replacement. Common issues we resolve same-day: Wi-Fi connectivity. Corporate print fleets in Tembhode benefit from AMC plans covering all Epson units.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Tembhode is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Epson, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Tembhode, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Tembhode.
