Who repairs your device
Your Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vasai Fort repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson EcoTank ET-2800 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Epson EcoTank ET-2800 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401201 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Fort (Portuguese), our service coverage extends across Vasai Fort and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai Fort, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naigaon West, Umela, Kaul Heritage City and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Vasai Fort. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. Epson EcoTank ET-2800 Printer Trade-in Service in Vasai Fort includes a print quality verification before handover.
Getting your Epson fixed in Vasai Fort is designed to be straightforward. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Vasai Fort address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this issue is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Epson is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.

Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Vasai Fort trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Epson units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your issue, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Vasai Fort return to Xigox.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Vasai Fort, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Vasai Fort.
