10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kudan repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson L5190 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Epson L5190 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar, our service coverage extends across Kudan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kudan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar, Palghar MIDC, Tembhode and other nearby areas.
How your Epson L5190 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kudan; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Epson L5190 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model

All laser printer work in Kudan includes a 100-page test print at delivery.
