10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson Printer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Epson Printer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
How your Epson Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Uttan; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Epson repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Epson Printer.

Our bench covers 2 distinct Epson series. That matters for Printer Setup, because a EcoTank and a WorkForce are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in EcoTank and WorkForce units for Printer Setup in Uttan. Specific Epson models on our current service list include Epson EcoTank ET-2800, Epson L1300, Epson L3210 and Epson L3250. If your Epson model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Epson EcoTank ET-2800 is part of Epson's EcoTank line — the printer line that pioneered the refillable-ink-tank category, built for high-volume home/office printing at a very low cost-per-page.
Worth knowing for this repair: Refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges — Epson's signature feature, dramatically lowering long-term printing costs.
The Epson WorkForce WF-2860 is part of Epson's WorkForce line — Epson's business inkjet printer series, built for office document volume with business-oriented features (networking, higher-capacity paper trays).
Worth knowing for this repair: Business-oriented inkjet with networking support for shared office use.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Epson Printer Setup jobs take 2–4 hours.
