10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Matunga repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OMEN 40L architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP OMEN 40L fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400019 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP OMEN 40L does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians disassemble down to board level, inspect every component the liquid reached under magnification for corrosion or shorted traces, clean and dry everything thoroughly, and only then attempt a careful, incremental power-on test rather than a full boot straight away.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
