Who repairs your device
Your HP Z2 Tower G9 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane West repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
A failing CMOS battery typically shows up as a reset system clock or lost BIOS settings every time your computer is powered off — the replacement is a small coin-cell swap on the motherboard, distinct from the main battery.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The HP Z2 Tower G9 is part of HP's Z-series workstation line — ISV-trained professional desktops built for engineering, design, and data-science workloads, similar in positioning to Dell Precision.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Running your HP constantly plugged in stresses the lithium pack — capacity drops faster than with normal cycling. After HP Z2 Tower G9 Computer CMOS Battery Replacement in Thane West, Xigox advises on how to extend your new battery's life: charge to 80%, enable battery health management if available.
