"Our HP Smart Tank 515 had been sitting unused for about three months during the summer holidays and when we tried to print again the output was full of missing lines, streaks, and completely blank colour channels. The built-in cleaning utility ran five times with no improvement at all. The Xigox Borivali technician performed a professional deep cleaning using ultrasonic cleaning equipment specifically designed for inkjet print heads. He removed the print head assembly, soaked it in specialised cleaning solution overnight, then used ultrasonic vibrations to dissolve the dried ink blockages in every microscopic nozzle. After reinstalling and running the alignment procedure, the printer now produces flawless output with every single colour channel printing perfectly.
