"Our HP Smart Tank 515 had been sitting unused for about three months during the summer holidays and when we tried to print again the output was full of missing lines, streaks, and completely blank colour channels. The built-in cleaning utility ran five times with no improvement at all. He removed the print head assembly, soaked it in specialised cleaning solution overnight, then used ultrasonic vibrations to dissolve the dried ink blockages in every microscopic nozzle.
