Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Most repairs completed within 2-6 hours. Complex issues may take 1-2 days. We provide estimated timelines after diagnostic.
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 401501 postal area in Boisar.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Boisar. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Free pickup also available in Pasthal, Sarni, Chillar and surrounding areas.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. Customers near MIDC Road Boisar in Boisar are covered by our free pickup.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP DeskJet 2723 Printer AMC Services work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Pasthal, Sarni, Chillar and surrounding areas.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Boisar, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Boisar, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during HP DeskJet 2723 Printer AMC Services is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired printer so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

HP DeskJet 2723 Repair in Boisar — Xigox
Most Boisar repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for HP DeskJet 2723 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401501 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near MIDC Road Boisar, our service coverage extends across Boisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Boisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pasthal, Sarni, Chillar and other nearby areas.

For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP DeskJet 2723.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer AMC Services
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
The model
About the HP DeskJet 2723
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Key features
- Cartridge-based ink system (not a refillable tank) — ongoing cost-per-page is higher than EcoTank/Smart Tank competitors.
- Compact, lightweight design suited to occasional home use rather than high-volume printing.
- Basic wireless/mobile printing support on most current models.
