Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gholvad repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401702 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Gholvad Chikoo Garden, our service coverage extends across Gholvad and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gholvad, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vangaon Market, Vangaon, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
How your HP DeskJet 2723 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Gholvad; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP DeskJet 2723.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When topping up consumables rather than replacing hardware, our technicians verify you're using the correct cartridge model for your exact printer (an easy mix-up across similar-looking model numbers), fit or refill it correctly, and run the printer's built-in alignment routine afterward.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Cartridge Refill requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Cartridge Refill jobs take 2–4 hours.
