10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vasai East repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401209 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Manickpur, our service coverage extends across Vasai East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sativali, Evershine City, Pelhar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Vasai East. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP DeskJet 2723 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the #1 reason for blank lines, colour gaps, and faded output — and new heads are rarely needed. Xigox's printer team uses professional cleaning equipment to clear blockages for HP Deskjet, Canon PIXMA, Epson EcoTank, and Brother. Typical nozzle cleaning in Vasai East restores full print quality without parts cost.
