FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Talasari repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talasari Road, our service coverage extends across Talasari and all surrounding localities. In addition to Talasari, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi, Bordi Beach, Gholvad and other nearby areas.
How your HP DeskJet 2723 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Talasari; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP DeskJet 2723 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Driver Installation jobs take 2–4 hours.
