10 questions answered

Most Kelve Beach repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401401 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kelve Beach Road, our service coverage extends across Kelve Beach and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kelve Beach, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kelve Naka, Kelve Road Station, Shirgaon Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your HP DeskJet 2723 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kelve Beach; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP DeskJet 2723.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.

Xigox's printer team uses ultrasonic cleaning and manufacturer purge utilities to restore nozzle flow for all major inkjet brands. Typical nozzle cleaning in Kelve Beach costs under ₹1,000.
