FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Chinchani repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401503 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vangaon, our service coverage extends across Chinchani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Chinchani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Betegaon, Tarapur Road, Umroli Station and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Chinchani. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP DeskJet 2723 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians clear any stuck print jobs from the queue, reinstall the correct driver for your exact model, and reconfirm the printer's network/USB connection from scratch rather than just restarting it and hoping the issue clears itself.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the most common cause for poor print quality — and most are fixable without head replacement. Xigox's printer team uses ultrasonic cleaning and manufacturer purge utilities to restore nozzle flow for all major inkjet brands. Typical nozzle cleaning in Chinchani costs under ₹1,000.
Each job completed by Xigox in Chinchani comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every job, so the terms are clear.
Printer problems are surprisingly common and disruptive. Xigox handles all major printer brands: paper feed jams and roller wear, drum unit replacement. Most printer faults fixed: blank pages. Corporate print fleets in Chinchani can sign up for annual maintenance contracts covering all HP units.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Chinchani customers choose Xigox again and again.
