How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the most common cause for poor print quality — and most are fixable without head replacement. Xigox's printer team uses ultrasonic cleaning and manufacturer purge utilities to restore nozzle flow for all major inkjet brands. Typical nozzle cleaning in Colaba Causeway costs under ₹1,000.
Quality matters for this job. That's why our technicians exclusively use genuine parts for your HP. Rather than unbranded components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your job is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.

Should any concern arise in the post-repair period, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Colaba Causeway return to Xigox.
