Who repairs your device
Your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — keeping HP LaserJet Pro M404dn Printer Express Repair cost to the minimum necessary. All laser printer work in Kalina includes a print quality verification before handover.
