Who repairs your device
Your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kudan repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP LaserJet Pro M404dn architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar, our service coverage extends across Kudan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kudan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar, Palghar MIDC, Tembhode and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Kudan. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP LaserJet Pro M404dn is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A printer producing streaked lines, blank pages, or persistent error codes cost Kudan businesses hours of lost productivity. The Xigox team provides HP LaserJet Pro M404dn Printer Repair for all major printer brands: inkjet print head cleaning and unclogging, laser drum and fuser assembly repair, fixing paper-jam errors, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Kudan customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Kudan.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your HP is returned in Kudan, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Your HP model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
