Who repairs your device
Your HP Neverstop Laser 1200w is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Lalbaug repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Neverstop Laser 1200w architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP Neverstop Laser 1200w — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Lalbaug and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lalbaug, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Parel, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Lalbaug. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP Neverstop Laser 1200w.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we open every access panel the printer has (not just the obvious one) to check the full paper path, since jammed paper fragments often remain lodged further inside even after the visible jam is cleared, causing the same error to repeat.
Typical time: 15–30 minutes
The model
The HP Neverstop Laser 1200w is part of HP's Neverstop line — a hybrid approach combining laser printing speed with a refillable toner tank (rather than disposable cartridges), aimed at high-volume home/small-office use without recurring cartridge costs.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printer drum and fuser failures in Lalbaug require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. HP Neverstop Laser 1200w Printer Paper Jam Fix in Lalbaug includes a print quality verification before handover.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Lalbaug is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your HP, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure.
