Trusted Infinix Laptop repair specialists in Lower Parel. Screen, battery, keyboard, motherboard & more — repaired by experienced engineers. Genuine parts · 90-day warranty · Same-day service.
What we can and can't do on Infinix: we handle body and chassis repair and chip-level motherboard repair for Infinix laptops in Lower Parel. Infinix screens, batteries, keyboards and replacement boards are not available through suppliers in India, so we don't offer those replacements — we'd rather say so now than after a pickup. Not sure which applies? The ₹350 inspection tells you exactly, and it's refunded if you go ahead with the repair.
Our technicians are experts in diagnosing and fixing all hardware and software issues on Infinix Laptops.

Who repairs your device
Your Infinix is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
We service every Infinix model — from entry-level to professional and gaming series.
Don't see your Infinix model listed? No problem. We repair all Infinix Laptop models including discontinued and older variants. Call us with your model number for availability.

We serve all major areas across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar.
We repair 20+ laptop and computer brands — not just Infinix.
Most Lower Parel repair shops handle Infinix the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Infinix technicians are trained specifically on Infinix Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Infinix work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Infinix component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400013 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Peninsula Corporate Park, our service coverage extends across Lower Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lower Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Elphinstone Road, Currey Road, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
How your Infinix Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Lower Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Infinix repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Infinix Laptop.
