10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umroli repair shops handle Kyocera the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Kyocera technicians are trained specifically on Kyocera ECOSYS M2040dn architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Kyocera work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Kyocera component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Kyocera ECOSYS M2040dn — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Umroli Village Temple, our service coverage extends across Umroli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Station, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.

Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Kyocera ECOSYS M2040dn is part of Kyocera's ECOSYS line — Kyocera's laser printer series, known for a long-life drum design that reduces the frequency of consumable replacement compared to typical laser printers.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox.
