10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Haji Ali repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Annie Besant Road, our service coverage extends across Haji Ali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Haji Ali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mahalaxmi, Tardeo, Breach Candy and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Lenovo jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Haji Ali. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Lenovo does not build one desktop — it builds 7 separate series, and Computer No Power Issue is a different job on each. Xigox services IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre and the rest of the Lenovo range. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Computer No Power Issue in Haji Ali. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaCentre 5, Lenovo Legion Tower 5, Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t and Lenovo ThinkStation P360. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is Lenovo's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron Desktop and HP Slim Desktop.
The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is Lenovo's gaming desktop tower line — built around strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained gaming performance, the desktop counterpart to Legion laptops.
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t is Lenovo's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing with Dell OptiPlex and HP EliteDesk.
Worth knowing for this repair: Long product-support lifecycle typical of corporate desktop lines.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
