Xigox is Dharavi's leading independent specialist for Lenovo Laptop repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Lenovo hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Lenovo product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Lenovo Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dharavi. Xigox keeps Lenovo parts and service documentation for 7 Lenovo series, so Laptop Legion Battery Replacement on a IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Laptop Legion Battery Replacement in Dharavi. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaPad, Lenovo Legion, Lenovo ThinkPad and Lenovo Yoga. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Worth knowing for this repair: Strong repairability reputation — many models have accessible maintenance hatches for RAM/storage/battery.
The Lenovo Yoga is Lenovo's convertible/2-in-1 laptop line — a 360-degree hinge lets it fold into tablet, tent, or stand modes, aimed at users who want touchscreen/pen flexibility alongside standard laptop use.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A Lenovo battery degrades to 60–70% of original capacity after 2–3 years of regular use. In Dharavi, Xigox's Lenovo Laptop Legion Battery Replacement restores full-day battery performance: BIS-certified packs, 45–90 minute installation, and a post-service runtime test to confirm full mAh is delivered.
