Common indicators of Laptop Screen White Spots on a MacBook. Recognise 2 or more? It needs professional attention — ignoring it risks secondary damage.
Screen cracked, shattered or deeply scratched
Lines, flickering, colour distortion or blank display
Touch response inaccurate, patchy or completely dead
Dead pixels, discolouration or visible screen burn-in
Display only works at certain angles or tilt positions
Display panel physically separated from the chassis

Battery cycle count and health via system report
Don't Wait — Laptop Screen White Spots Worsens Over Time
Unresolved Laptop Screen White Spots on a MacBook can cause cascading hardware failures that significantly increase the final repair cost.
Identifying the root cause allows our engineers to deliver a precise, long-lasting repair — not a temporary patch that fails again within weeks.
Thermal paste degradation on tightly packed M-series and Intel boards
Blocked rear-vent airflow under the hinge
Liquid ingress through the keyboard into the logic board
Swollen battery pressing on the trackpad and top case
Drops, pressure or blunt force fracturing the Laptop display panel or digitiser layer.
Power spikes or incompatible chargers damaging the backlight or display driver IC.
Extreme temperature cycles causing LCD delamination or pixel degradation over time.
Factory-level quality issues in the Laptop display module, common in certain production batches.
MacBook Laptop Screen White Spots in Cotton Green can stem from multiple simultaneous causes. Without a thorough inspection, a repair technician risks addressing only the visible symptom while leaving the underlying issue intact. Xigox technicians perform a full 12-point hardware and software inspection before recommending any repair — ensuring the exact root cause is fixed, not masked.

MacBook specifics
MacBooks are sealed, glued and board-integrated, so almost nothing is a plug-in swap. Repairs are component-level work on the logic board, not module replacement.
Because storage is soldered on T2 and Apple Silicon boards, we take a full image before any board work so nothing is lost if the SSD controller is affected.
We use OEM-grade and original-pull Apple components, and we tell you which one your quote covers before any work starts. Board-level repair keeps costs well below Apple's whole-unit replacement price.

Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Cotton Green, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. For MacBook Laptop Screen White Spots in Cotton Green specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed MacBook Laptop Screen White Spots.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your MacBook. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your MacBook model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Cotton Green comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty MacBook units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Need your MacBook fixed urgently? We provide priority the repair in Cotton Green for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your MacBook just stopped working, our priority service guarantees completion within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Cotton Green. Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Cotton Green are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
