Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kamani repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LBS Marg, our service coverage extends across Kamani and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kamani, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vidyavihar East, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Kamani. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Apple MacBook Pro leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Kamani, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer in Kamani — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer is complete.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Kamani, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Kamani.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Kamani is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency.
