Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for MacBook Repair in Lower Parel: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your MacBook. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your MacBook model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Lower Parel is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your MacBook, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Not everyone in Lower Parel can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for MacBook hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Lower Parel clients.
Expert issue doesn't have to be expensive in Lower Parel. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. Navigating traffic in Lower Parel can be a nightmare. To solve this, Xigox offers a no-hassle doorstep logistics service for the repair. Simply share your Lower Parel address, and our secure courier will collect your MacBook directly from you. Once the repair is finished, we safely return it in protective packaging. Enjoy total convenience without leaving your desk.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your MacBook is returned in Lower Parel, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Lower Parel.
Your repair doesn't end when the MacBook is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Lower Parel customers choose Xigox again and again.
Not sure what's wrong with your MacBook? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Many Lower Parel customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty MacBook units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
Who repairs your device
MacBook Repair is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

MacBook specifics
MacBooks are sealed, glued and board-integrated, so almost nothing is a plug-in swap. Repairs are component-level work on the logic board, not module replacement.
Because storage is soldered on T2 and Apple Silicon boards, we take a full image before any board work so nothing is lost if the SSD controller is affected.
We use OEM-grade and original-pull Apple components, and we tell you which one your quote covers before any work starts. Board-level repair keeps costs well below Apple's whole-unit replacement price.
