Who repairs your device
Your MSI PRO AP242 AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Xigox is Kalbadevi's leading independent specialist for MSI PRO AP242 AIO repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on MSI hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your MSI PRO AP242 AIO — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400002 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Kalbadevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuleshwar, Null Bazaar, Pydhonie and other nearby areas.
How your MSI PRO AP242 AIO gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kalbadevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI PRO AP242 AIO does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your all-in-one PC fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
