Who repairs your device
Your MSI PRO AP242 AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gholvad repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI PRO AP242 AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your MSI PRO AP242 AIO — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401702 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Gholvad Chikoo Garden, our service coverage extends across Gholvad and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gholvad, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vangaon Market, Vangaon, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
Straightforward MSI jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Gholvad. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI PRO AP242 AIO does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your all-in-one PC fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes

Not all this issue issues are hardware-related. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving driver conflicts as hardware repair. Common software causes include: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
Many Gholvad customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair.
