FAQ
FAQs — MSI Computer Casing Repair in Breach Candy
Everything you need to know before booking your service
10 questions answered
Yes, broken PC casings can be repaired — we fix bent panels, broken mounting points, damaged front bezels, and warped frames.
For minor to moderate damage, repair is much cheaper (₹350-₹999) compared to a new casing (₹2,000-₹5,000+). For severe damage, replacement may be more practical.
Most Computer Casing Repair jobs are completed within 2-4 hours. Complex repairs may take 24-48 hours depending on parts availability and extent of damage.
Yes, all our Computer Casing Repair services come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and workmanship. We use genuine OEM parts for lasting results.
Xigox handles MSI Computer Casing Repair for all major brands in Breach Candy, including Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Intel and custom-built systems — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Our service covers the full 400026 postal area in Breach Candy.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Breach Candy. Our technician diagnoses your computer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. We also serve Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We accept all major payment methods for MSI Computer Casing Repair in Breach Candy: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Breach Candy. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 400026 postal area in Breach Candy.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Breach Candy. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Breach Candy (400026) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.

MSI Computer Repair in Breach Candy — Xigox
Most Breach Candy repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for MSI Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400026 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahalaxmi Temple, our service coverage extends across Breach Candy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Breach Candy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Breach Candy. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your MSI Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Computer Casing Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- An internal check for any pressure or misalignment the damage may have caused to components underneath the affected panel, not just a cosmetic patch.
3 When You Need This
- Damage from a drop or impact, even if everything still technically powers on — body damage can progress and start affecting internals if left alone.
MSI Computer Casing Repair in Breach Candy — Professional, Reliable, and Affordable
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. MSI Computer Casing Repair for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Post-Repair Quality Check after MSI Computer Casing Repair
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your MSI is returned in Breach Candy, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Breach Candy.
Experienced Technicians for MSI Computer Casing Repair in Breach Candy
